How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping worldwide on orders over $50 USD.
Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
If you receive an incorrect, missing, defective, or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
Order cancellations?
We cannot cancel an order once it has already been dispatched from our shipping facility. You will need to wait until the product has been delivered and then begin the return process.
What about customs fees?
US orders are usually shipped from local warehouses within the United States. Although this is unlikely, customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other related charges may apply in some cases.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer. please note that GreenMist is not responsible for customs fees and does not refund these costs.
